Probably not the best time to go to Bolivia.  Try another place in South America.  Might I recommend Argentina?  You can live like royalty for US$ 20-25 per day, and get to Buenos Aires for less than US$ 300 if you fly out of Miami.

Depends on where you leave from. Try www.sidestep.com for a good way to seach a lot of travel sites. Also, be careful. Think $60-100 day depending on the hotel you stay in.
