also need to know how much water, all vendors, taxs and insurance on a restauraunt would cost me in a one month period . i am wanting to open a restaraunt business.

It really depends on the size.  I'm in South Carolina and we have the cheapest utility prices I've seen compared to New York and Texas.  For a small place about 25k sp ft you can expect about $1000 minimum.  That depends on your type of business.  If you have food, cooling will cost you more for reach-ins and walk-ins.  For alcohol, it depends on the size of your storage.  I would say to budget for at least $5000 for a seating capacity of 100.
