because many people download the songs from internet instead of buying their cd's

they don't get paid a lot in the concerts/dramas

so they do other stuff like, appearing in other tv shows.

I would imagine a lot of things factor into how much an actor/actress or musical artist is paid.  Popularity is one factor.  Are they only popular in Korea, Asia, or worldwide?  How many people are in the group for musical artists will figure into their pay.  How much comes out of their pay for agents and managers?  Some musical groups are put together after years of training by their agencies and don't actually make very much money at first even though they are really popular because it initially cost the company a lot to train them.  Do they do a lot of commercial advertisements?  Are there any product tie-ins for which they get money for?  Do they do radio or tv shows outside of their normal work?  When was the contract negotiated for their work?  Actor Lee Jun Ki became really popular after playing Gong-gil in "The King's Man," but he wasn't paid a high salary for his next movie because the contract was signed before "The King's Man" was released.

Often they will make peanuts.  I've heard a number of stories about celebrities only getting  a few hundred dollars for their tv shows, or various things.  It's nothing like America where Friend's actors make a more than a million per episode.
