How much does lobster cost per pound (or per kilo) at the fish markets in Paris or throughout France?

In the resto would cost u between 30-40 euros

At the market less..if it is not cooked

It depends also of the quality of the lobster.

Tipically, fresh lobster from britany is way more expensive than  frozen one from Canada. ( up to 3 to 4 times more).

It depends on the daily catch and where in France. But it ain't cheap anyway...
