How much does one take before they tell their boss see ya?

Looking for a new job today. ;)

Talk to the boss and tell them what bothers you about them.After that if they don't change anything go to their boss(if there is one) and let them know why you do not want to work for this person anymore.Looking for a new job is a good idea too.But if you haven't addressed the issue it is worth a try to have a sit down conversation with them and try and see if they will be better to you.Plus they really might change because they don't want to lose you!Maybe they will offer you more money or something to get ya to stay :) good luck.

I guess it really depends on how much you need the job.  I mean you didn't give much info there.  Personally I wouldn't want a boss who always wanted to have "heart to heart" talks.  How annoying.  And isn't painting part of the job requirement?  I mean someone has to do it and if you aren't in good enough health to do it, you should mention it.  Then he can hire someone young who can.

So he flirts with coworkers.  He isn't flirting with you.  What's your problem?  It seems like you just can't take working for a living and want to quit.  That's fine but you'll discover most jobs expect you to work for a living and you shouldn't just quit.  Jobs aren't that easy to come by--especially when you have no education and no skills.  You said it's a student job so you don't have the degree yet and you need flexible hours.  That's usually retail or something equally menial to what you have.  

Two choices here- suck it up and earn money.  Quit b/c you didn't get to flirt and be broke.  Seems like an easy choice to me but to each his own.
