Some places for pizza hut don't charge it's free but you give the guy/girl a tip.  i usually do cause you have to think if you went out you would be using your gas, well he is doing you a service so pay the guy something.

between $1.50 and $2.00 plus any tip you give to the driver.  Amount for delivery depends on the location.

Last time pizza hut delivered to me it was around $2 and its added in the total, but then its polite to give a tip to the driver when they delivar the pizza..

It depends, around $1.50-$2.50.  It keeps going up and up.  If you go onto pizzahut.com and make a order for delivery, it will show you that store's fee.

they dont charge for delivery but you are supposed to give a decent tip to the driver ^-^
