Hi Carbon Steel,

Your question is difficult to answer because there are so many variables.  Those being: how big is your item, how many will you want painted at a time, and how good are you at negotiating pricing.

My suggestion would be for you to call a few metal manufactures in your area and talk with them about pricing.  What you have in your favor is many companies are struggling right now, and any extra work would help them.  So you may be able to negotiate a good price.  Talk with at least three different companies.

A rough guess for an item about 2 feet by 3 feet by 10 inches powder coated, and assuming you can have 50 done at a time, would be about $12.00 a piece.

This is just a rough guess, make some calls, and get a written quote before you hand over your product.
