How much does renting a 2-4 BR Private Villa or a Compound cost monthly in Bahrain?

I am moving to Bahrain and will be looking for a villa or a compound, 2-4BR with a private pool preferably, fully and nicely furnished, with all the utilities included. How much could that cost and what area would be the nicest?

Hohoho you are looking at a minimum of 1000 BD because the market is skyrocketing and nothing comes cheap nowadays. Amwaj, Riffa Views, and Durat al Bahrain are all new posh areas, as well as Bahrain Bay for the future. If you make a lot of money should be a piece of cake, but little middle class families can afford a house of those specifications.

It depends where you'll be woking. There are loads of nice areas in Bahrain with such villas. The most preferred places for expatriates are: Saar, Juffair, Aali & Janabiya. For such villas, especially excellent areas, you will be talking about BD 1000 minimum. You might consider East Riffa for example, there are such villas for maybe BD 800 or something like that. Rent is going up amazingly in Bahrain, you have to bear that in mind.

Maybe you should look into posh apartments, like Amwaj Islands or LuLu Tower. Rent may start from BD. 600 but you will have everything you need.
