Yes, the digital basic is $34.97/mth ($35.97 as of March 1), however it does not include channels such as TSN, CNN, A&E, Discovery, TLC, Spike TV etc.  To get these channels the best package would be Digital VIP, which is $61.97 as of March, however you can currently get it for $52.99/mth for the first 12 months.
