What is the trick to the stunt, shouldnt it hurt, how does he do it?

obviously, she doesnt weigh much.  maybe half of the guy's weight, so what, like 110?  he looks pretty solid.  the trick is his muscles.  if you work your abs enough, they can be very strong and keep your organs from getting crushed.  he is not touching the ground with his lower back, that way he can absorb the shock of impact without hitting the floor or getting squished.  and he has very strong back muscles and leg muscles probably to keep his body straight under the tension

97-108 lbs. and pain is relative.  an average punch can have more damage than you see in the video because of the focus of energy.
