Trick? No trick. Anyone can do this by building up their muscles around their middle. I cannot have someone jump on me just yet, but I can support my gf who is 5'10" & weighs 150lbs

It really depends on how tall she is, but she seems to be between 110 and 120.

But there is no trick to it...haha, if he has strong ab muscles somebody can jump on him, simple as that!
