I only found one manufacturer that publishes the prices on their website - most you have to submit an enquiry and they'll come back to you with a quote.

However, as I said - I did find one.  I have included the link, but for a tiny 8foot by 8foot rink, it costs $795.  You can get bigger ones obviously, and the price goes up accordingly.

3/8" thick - $8.50 per square foot

1/2" thick - $10.75 per square foot

5/8" thick - $12.99 per square foot - (heavy duty)

3/4" thick - $14.99 per square foot - (heavy duty)

$22.99 per square foot 3/4" thick

$28.99 per square foot 1" thick
