  1. your eyes are tattooed??????

she's going to give you a shot to numb the area?????????????

what kind of crack pot tattoo artist are you going to????

where the he!! are your parents while you are doing all this to your self!!!!

i'm 30yo and my tattoo on my foot hurt a lot

i have others so i expected some pain but not like this

some parts didn't hurt, others like the top of my foot made my nerves and muscles twitch all over the place.

i have to do it again to get it recolored bcse some places didn't hold the ink well.

  2. a lot!

  3. If you need a numbing shot, then you aren't ready for a tattoo. The pain is part of the ritual.

  4. i have 2 tats on my left foot and 1 on my right foot.  and i have 3 tats in other areas on my body.

the most painful tats i got were all 3 on the feet.

but the thing is, everywhere hurts.  tattoos are not pleasant and DO hurt. anyone that says they don't is lying.  i've seen big guys almost pass out because of the pain.

  5. I do tattoos for a living. Everyone is different, however, certain areas are worse than others. Part of this is because certain areas rub up against your clothes and make the skin tougher.

For example, it will hurt, but not nearly as bad as say getting a tattoo on your stomach. Now that hurts. I've seen grown bikers cry at that.

It really isn't too bad. Cosmetic tattooing (i.e. your eyes) is not that same but kind of simalar. Topical anesthetic won't take that much of the pain away.

Honestly, its not that bad. More like a hot massage with a REALLY, REALLY annoying noise than anything else.

If its your first, you might think of somewhere else than your foot. Not because of the pain, but rather because odds are you will probobly want to look at it all the time (I remember I did for my first couple).

    Best,
