How much does the American taxpayer pay Israel per year? How many tax dollars does each Israeli recieve?

From what I understand, American taxes alone are running Israel, and even if Israel could survive without US taxes it would make a huge difference in their economy.

read the history on Israel, back in 1940 something Israel became a nation and US agree to give 3 billion something to that affect every year. That is going to happen once the war dies in Afghanistan, and Iraqi but there's a trade off we are not doing it for free.  read the bible it had predicated that was going to happen to Israel known fact
