  1. i work at home depot in CA. they used to start new employees off higher but now cashiers start at$ 8.50 and i think $9 for floor associates. after your 90 days, you get a 50 cent pay increase and a review. then from every year on you get a raise as well. if you have a lot of skill in a certain dept, then they may start you off with more


  2. This depends on where you live and what position you are being hired for and what you are making now as well as your experience.

    I was hired over 10 years ago at $10.25 per hour. Other people were hired at the same time for $12 per hour.  Today there are people hired for $8 per hour as cashiers. A certified licensed plumber or electrician will be paid between $20 per hour and $30 per hour

    I work in NJ but stores in PA pay less than NJ stores which is why I drive to NJ even though I live in PA.
