  1. I just heard today that they never have to pay taxes.


  2. They pay the top people in sports every year (if its not olympic year they pay $ to top people in World championship competition).

    This year its

    25k for gold

    15k for silver

    10k for bronze

    he thinks they get paid alot

    i dont

    when the olympics started u got a vine wreath or some olives

    i dont think they were supposed to be valuable but instead priceless

    a gold medal should be enough

    i suppose u could sell it


  4. $25,000 for gold, $15,000 for silver, and $10,000 for bronze medals. However, if they are a 'professional' (tennis, basketball) they are expected to donate the bonus back to the USOC or to another 'sports' charity.
