How much does the average working man in iraq make annually?

The people who are paid not to shoot at our troops makes about $350 a month. I wonder what happens if they ask for a cost of living raise?

I know where I am in Iraq, a decent job pays $3,000 a year.  One of the best jobs around pays $7,000.  Even the mayor of the nearest town doesn't make more than this.
