No more than it goes down the rest of the holiday season from then on.  Black Friday is over rated.  They only substantially mark down things the can't get rid of otherwise.  Everything else is marked up before the sale, then it looks like a huge percentage off.  For the real deals (not the best selection but better than you might think) shop the day after Christmas.

You seem to misunderstand the concept.  "Black Friday" is the name that has been applied to a specific date in the past (Specifically, the first "Black Friday" was 9/24/1869- yes, about 140 years ago!).

It is not like a Labor Day Sale where you can plan in advance to buy sheets on sale.

EDIT: Oh, I re-read the question.  Maybe you DO mean like a Labor Day sale.  Since the question was posted in the "Business and Finance" section, I assumed you were asking about the stock market.  

If you're talking about the day after Thanksgiving, there is no standard discount.  All stores determine their own sale prices.  (And you asked the question in the wrong category).
