I'm not sure where Leonés is travelling, but I was in Spain last summer, and in some of the more touristy areas,

1) bocadillo, depends entirely on what's inside it.  For a Jamón Serrano, I think I paid from 2 - 3.4 €

2) I paid 6.50€ for Paella on the patio at the Plaza Mayor.  Can't get much more expensive than there.  Well, it CAN, but if you're looking for a bad value, that's one place where you pay more for the location than the food.

3) Shampoo is going to depend completely on brand and size.  I brought my own, and never paid much attention

4) ditto.

5) Notebook and pen?  varies according to value.

6) Starbucks coffee.  Why on earth would you want to buy starbucks, when right next door is a café where you can get the coffee Starbucks only dreams about being, for 1.25€?  Starbucks was beyond overpriced.  More than in the

US, and, since the dollar has only sunk lower, I would guess even more so.  Again, it's going to depend on what you get, and size.  Still, stick to the spanish coffee. you can ge starbucks anywhere, you can only get torrefacto in Spain.

And there ARE starbucks in other places.  There's a HUGE one right across from the Cathedral in Seville, but WHY would you go there?  skip corporate america, and spend your money on good Spanish product.

7) Internet use was 1€/hour or a little less, everywhere I used one.  I understand that can vary also.

9)  I paid from 8 - 12 € for a couple of local artists.  Nothing major label.

10) boots are going to vary according to style, brand, value, I didn't even shop for shoes, so I couldn't even give you a ballpark.

11) Mineral water, generally, a 3/4l bottle ran about 1€ on the street, a 1.5 l bottle, about the same in a grocery store.

12)  What is SMS?  Am I just too old to get that one?

13)  I had an Estonian phone, and it cost me a little over $1 us/minute.  I wouldn't go with that company again, though.  You can use some American phones over there, and it costs about $2.65, I think for tmobile.  That depends on the service, your plan, etc.    I paid $200 US for two phones, and the service was extra.  

14) no idea

15) a small, personal-sized pizza ran around 5€. Why would you eat Spanish pizza?  It's worse than here in the Rocky Mountains.  They don't know how to make it.  Eat Spanish food.

16)  Again!!!  Don't do it!!!  So much better food right next door!  Why would you eat such schlock!

17) flamenco shows vary as much as anything.  We paid 25€/pax for a gypsy show and tour in Granada, through the hotel.  It seemed the logical way to go.  

18) Soda, sold in bottles, runs around 1€ for the small ones in a bar, and I think we paid 2 or 3 for the larger ones.  Again, stay away from familiar brands...drink KAS when you can (flavors are natural, and they are just better).

19)  I bought a digital camera for the trip...no idea how much film is.  I would suggest saving your film and developing it at home, where you know the person who actually does the work.  Pay extra to have someone do it by hand.  The odds of having the film get ruined are so much lower.

20) taxis are not cheap.  We paid about 20€ from the Parallel to the airport in Barcelona, and probably 50 from the train to the apartment, because we didn't know how to get there, and neither did the driver.  It varies according to city and distance.  probably less than in New York, but more than I would pay here in Colorado.

Been to Barcelona which will be more expensive but 1) 5e

2) 12.50 e 11) 1.50e 17) 35e 20) 35 euros for 12 kilometres only stayed a weekend and as it was palm sunday shops were shut. Most shops shut 3 to 7 pm.

Would help if you said where in Spain as there is  quite a difference in prices, depending on where you are going. Costas will be pricey!

More info please &  you will get a better idea of prices. Don't hold out much luck on the Starbucks outside the big cities!
