If know one knows it, sometimes I would search sites giving well known brands at a knock down prices, here it would say how much it was previously, but if your dress doesn't come out, you will get an idea if the same brand of this dress is up for sale

also there are sites allowing people to sell off their wedding dress second hand, this usually tells you the before price

It's beautiful.

I'd say, it should be no more than $1000 but if it is, I'm sure you can get this tailored or elsewhere for less.

It's a Disney's Wedding Dress! I personally like Snow White's Spring '08 one....

Um.... having the name "Disney" attached to it means it's probably going to cost A LOT of money!

An 'intimate', 8 guest wedding in their park costs over $3K....

The one you like is the second 'Sprin '08 Ariel style.... (by Kirstie Kelly, for Disney)

After you click the one closest to you, it'll give you the store's name, phone number AND the kind of things they carry (Note: not all of them carry the BRIDAL styles, some only carry accesories)

Call the closest one to you, and ask for the price of that particular style....

Very pretty dress. I don't know how good or bad house of brides is, but if you call the 1-800 number at the top of the website there they should be able to give you the price. Just make sure that you give them the right style number so they don't quote you a price for a different dress. Most dresses I have seen on their website are under $500. Good luck!

Here is the actual link to the dress you like. I can not speak for this dress exactly, but at a boutique in the city my cousin tried on a dress from this Kirstie Kelly for Disney Bridal line that was $2,250 and we were told that its the average price of these gowns,  so I would assume they all fall within the same general price range of $2,000- $3,000.

Seeing as it's a couture gown and only available from their stores in Illinois I'd say you would have to go in and check it out.

From personal experience,  I would NEVER EVER deal with House of Brides again.

See if a similiar dress is available near you or through a different vendor.  Many dress makers will have similiar styles and a mermaid style should not be hard to find.
