Actually, sorry to the first poster, three weeks IS a month so it'd be half an inch... But it also depends on how healthy you are, what you eat, etc. It's different from person to person... But an average of half an inch.

I get my hair cut every 6-8 weeks and the cuttings are usually an inch long, so.....a bit less than half an inch in three weeks.

well if ur hair is healthy about half an inch a month but if its not healthy then about a forth also if u hair is thick it grows faster than thin hair but in three weeks depending on how ur hair is it should be ABOUT half an inch
