Part time position available at a local walgreens i want to know about how much am i lookin at as an hourly rate when i start.

This will depend on experience in cash handling, customer service, and photo lab experience.  Generally, if you have experience, you could probably get around $8.00, but that is subject to the manager, location, and other factors.
