  1. It doesn't go up at all.  It gets cancelled.  No one will provide you with liability coverage, if you have a trampoline.

Yes, it matters.   Trampolines are the second greatest source of claims.   They are a HUGE liability hazard.

  2. This is going to depend on the state and company you are insured with.  The company I work for does not even ask about a trampoline and your rate would not be affected at all.  You need to contact your agent to inquire further.  Also consider increasing your liability limits or purchasing a personal liability umbrella.

  3. That is a very big LIABILITY!!!

  4. Many insurance companies will drop you.

Trampolines are injuries just waiting to happen.

I've heard it all...."but we only let one person bounce at a time",  "ours has a net on it",  "only with adult supervision".

I have seen claims for broken legs/arms (repaired with surgery- pins and plates), broken jaws/teeth.

It does not matter how safe you are on it....trampolines are dangerous.

If someone (not a resident of your household) jumps on it and takes a bad bounce ( 1 person, nets, adult supervision- does not prevent this) and hurts themselves-- they can sue you for medical bills, pain and suffering, permanent impairment.

Is it worth risking your entire financial future on a toy?

    I think not.
