Ours ran $20 for a king sized, but I also used a coupon that gave me 20% off.  Ours is a competitively priced cleaner (99 cent shirt laundry and $2.50 per garment).  Usually, you have to pre-pay when you use the coupon.

Are you ready for this?  We just had a comforter cleaned last week and our guy charged us $32.50.  Now, our guy is a little more pricey than other dry cleaners in the area (To give you an idea:  He charges $1.65 for a shirt when other dry cleaners in the area charge $0.99) but he does all the work on the premises and he does a great job.  So don't be surprised if you take yours in and they want $25.00 or more.

it honestly depends on the dry cleaner, the comforter ( how heavy it is, material, and the size of the comforter.)  I did mine for spring they charged me $49.95 for it. (mine was king size and was a heavier material) my son's comforter (twin size) cost us $19.95. (was a cheaper material and was lighter). Honestly phone around for estimates:)
