How much dose a Eyebrow piercing cost. and dose it hurt.?

I had mine done a few years ago.

The cost varies depending on the place where you get it done and the cost of the jewelry. It was about £20 for me.

As to whether it hurts, yes... But the pain wasn't anywhere near as bad as I expected. It was similar to someone pinching hard and it only lasts a few seconds.

After it's done, you might get some slight bruising and until it heals and it can itch or sting a little.

Be sure to check that the shop is responsible and they are using sterilized needles. Make sure the piercer takes it out of a brand new sterilized pack in front of you. Make sure you keep it clean by bathing it regularly in a salt solution or using a special alcohol that the piercer should provide until it heals.

My best advice is to ask around to find out the best shop in your area. Don't be afraid to go into the shop and ask about it. If you don't feel comfortable then don't go ahead.
