  1. There should be a tag on the outside unit that gives the power consumption of the unit. If it does not, then it will give the average voltage needed to run the unit as well as it's current draw. If the figure is in "amp-hours", then you'll need get a conversion of that into watts. Off hand, I would estimate that the power draw is going to be in the order of 4400 to 5000 watts per hour.

  2. .293kwh

  3. 3unit per hour or 10.50 Rs per hour

  4. 7026.66 watt hour  or 7.026 units  to be perfectly accurate for a split A/C unit      :)

  5. about 6 units per hour

  6. An A/C unit with 2 ton output capacity (24,000 btu/hr or just over 7 kW) is likely to have a Coefficient of Performance around 3, which gives an input power requirement of about 2.4 kW. Running for an hour this requires 2.4 kW.hr (2.4 Units) electrical input.

  7. One unit counts 1KWHr.

So now It all depends in the voltage and amps specified in your A/C unit. Suppose you use 220 and 10 amps, you end up 2200KWhr, which means 2.2 units.
