To much since to so much goes oil goes down the drain due to lack of education .Kids are being brain washed about global warning . Which is long over due .Oil is causing wars and could start world war 3

If you are referring to taking sewage and making it what they call potable (usable) water, not much, and most developed nations do.  In Atlanta, for example, 85% of sewage is recycled, the other 15% is used as fetalizer, so really, 100% of the waste water is reused in one way or another.
