  1. I don't recall, but I installed a Honeywell programmable/ digital thrmostat, and you can program when and what temp the AC runs on, 4 times a day.

    It cut our electric bill greatly, because we work all day and didn't need the AC on when we weren't there. I'd say about 1/3-2/3 off the normal electric bill. Paid for itself in no time!

    It is set to kick on and cool about an hour or so, before we get home, so it's comfy.
