  1. just eat healthy. cut out most of the carbs..and all candies.

and also reduce ur colorie intake to 1000

  2. Nope that sounds absolutely great! Although try to mix up your routine, don't do the same thing everyday, perhaps instead of jogging, try cycling, dancing, going to a workout class or doing a workout video. And don't do strength and cardio everyday either. Try to do strength like 3 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week. Sounds great keep it up!!

  3. three times a week.

little excersice before go to sleep.

                                                                                         good luck!!

  4. 1-2 pounds per week is healthy.

It's good to have at least 20 minutes of exercise that gets your heart rate up, at least three times a week to lose weight.

Your calorie intake will depend on what you're eating. If you're having foods high in sugar and fats for those 1500 calories, that's never good.

Eat right, drink lots of water and exercise and you will safely lose weight. Do it quickly by depriving yourself of nutrition and you risk damage to your body - you are more likely to gain it back if you try to lose it quickly as well.

Your body is a splendid machine, treat it well!

  5. I suggest you should do more resistance exercise over cardio. I would probably suggest that you do resistance exercises for 45 min.

With respect to cardio, I suggest you do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It's superior to regular cardio since HIIT elevates your resting metabolic rate. Regular cardio may burn more calories during your exercise session however HIIT will burn calories throughout the whole day. HIIT will allow you to burn calories even while you sleep.

    For an example:

You walk for 2 min then sprint for 30 sec this becomes 1 cycle. Complete 3 more for a total of 4. This will take 10min. You're probably thinking that's too good to be true however the main emphasis is on INTENSITY rather than VOLUME.

For every other week increase by 1 cycle of walking and sprinting until you reach your 8th week. Your 8th week will consist of 8 cycles of walking and sprinting lasting 20min.

The same also applies for resistance exercises. Low reps and High weights is the best way to go. Remember INTENSITY is far more important than VOLUME.

    Hope this helps :)
