So I've just bought some pure creatine monohydrate and I'm planning to use it for weight exercise, the problem is I don't know how much to do in a week and how long I have to do it for.

I have mainly been doing front elevations, side elevations, and pulling the weights up and down whilst standing up. I do those for about 5 minutes each and have a rest for one minute, is that right? Then I move onto dumbell flat press + dumbell flat fly, I do both of those for about 5 minutes also and obviously a one minute rest between then.

I do this about every other day and it accumulates to about 30 minutes every other day, I also talk a walk almost every day for about 45 minutes as another exercise if that helps. I also each balanced diet, like oats, apples, banana's, raisins, walnuts etc... and then have meat for dinner. I'm also wondering that if I'm doing it for 30 minutes every other day, will the creatine I'm using work? Because I don't know how long to do each exercise for I'm so confused! I don't know how many times I'm supposed to do it in a week either so if anyone can help answering all of my many questions I would greatly appreciate that, thanks again.

  1. Follow a proper full body routine.

  2. Creatine will help you about as much as, well, flour.

If you don't know how to cycle creatine, then you don't want to use any.

Start off by actually devising a proper workout, what you're doing will achieve minimal gains, and the creatine will just make you retain water and look bloated. From what I see, I think this workout would be perfect for what you're trying to achieve, supplement-wise, just stick to the WHEY PROTEIN, and if you want to advance on that, try it in 6 months, when you know what you're doing.
