Question:

How much exercise is too much exercise when it comes to building larger Arms and Shoulders?

I exercise 3 times a week, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. I do tricep dips, barbell and dumb bell curls on Monday and Fridays with Bench Press, squats and dead lifts on Wednesday. Saturdays I do 30mins of cardio and 30mins swimming. I have many protein and creatine shakes with a high protein diet. Am I training to much?

  1. You are not training too much. In fact you need to add more exercises.

    Like back, lats ,forearms, etc.  


  2. no that will keep you fit.  If you want to bulk up.  You have to use heavier weights.

  3. nothing is too much if you dont hurt yourself. if you are trying to be a pro body builder you are seriously UNDER training though.  

  4. it depends on ur age and what ur body is used to doing consult ur doctor about this and don't do any more than you are used to.
