    Eligibility: Disability license plates are available to Hoosiers who:

        * Have a permanent disability that requires the use of a wheelchair, walker, braces or crutches;

        * Or have permanently lost the use of one or both legs;

        * Or experience restricted mobility due to certain medical conditions;

        * Or are permanently blind or visually impaired.

    During 2008, the BMV is offering a special $5 discount on every registration renewed online to encourage customers to use our Web site to renew their license plates. By creating a personal myBMV account, you can access the following services:

        * Renew vehicle registrations online and receive a $5 discount through 2008

        * Reserve or re-reserve a personalized plate

        * Order duplicate titles

        * Review the information in your personal record

        * Update your insurance information or mailing address

        * Sign up for email reminders for your driver license or registration expiration dates and other news
