I'm 16, 5'9, 140 lbs, how many fat and carbs should I be eating per day in order to maintain or gain a little bit of weight?

  1. to gain weight you want to consume 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats.  at 140 lbs you want to consume close to 2,800 cals daily. if after 2 weeks there is no weight gain then increase your cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs
