  1. It depends on a lot of factors...including the school & certain things that are claimed on taxes.  The only way to know is to fill out the fafsa at www.fafsa.gov ...if you don't know which school you are going to...you are able to put several in there & when you decide then the school will already have your information.  It will tell you how much you are expected to pay per year & you subtract that amount from cost of attendance....that is what you qualify for in financial aid, including loans.  Good luck!


  2. I can tell you that if you're looking for a grant, you're not likely to get one.  My income was in that range last year and my college aged son has three younger siblings.  We got no grants but were offered loans.  Thank goodness we saved something for his education.

  3. I doubt financial aid will help you at all. Your parents make way too much money for them to think you need support. But fill out the FASFA anyway and let them tell you just in case you do qualify.
