How much finish line shoe store pays an hour?

I live in florida and I;m 16. I have an interview with finish line shoe store in 3 days. Well they discuss benefits/discounts and pay with me. Cause if they don't I want to ask after the interview if they tell they will call me back to let me know If they decide to let me work for them or not. Could you tell me what kind of benefits I would get, how much they would most likely pay me an hour and how much the employee discount is? I think it's 30% but Im not sure. And how long does it take to get a raise?

i just got a job at finish line in nj

they pay minimum wage for ppl who r just starting which is 7.15 here idk about florida tho

&&generally speaking i think it takes a while to get a raise at any job...
