Don't take it. Why do you want to know this? If it's because you're suicidal, don't do it because you have your whole life ahead of you (unless you're a 80 - something year old woman - but even so you shouldn't even be thinking of death!).

Or if it's to kill someone else, well...don't do it either because that's illegal.

If you OD on medication, imagine your family and friends pain. You would be inflicting so much pain and sorrow upon them...

In conclusion. Don't do it.
