well what i do for my hamster is put a hand full for him and it lasts for a long time like 2 to 3 days and if it needs more put more for it.

Hamsters eat hardly a teaspoonful of food in a day so that would be approximately 7 teaspoonfuls in a week. But they will hoard a huge quantity of food in various selected areas in their bedding so you would see the quantity in the food dish reducing a lot though they won't eat all of it.
