How much food should a mouse be fed each day?

I have to design an experiment using mice and write out my method, i need to know how much food i should say i will feed the mice each day.

One group will be fed a high carb diet and another will have a low carb diet. Everything else has to be controlled.

Any suggestions on what should be in each diet would be helpful too.
