How much for a good, used drum set

Hi, everyone!

I am new to drums and am looking for a good, used set. I came across one for $250.00 FIRM and it comes with:

Base, snare, three other drums, top hat symbols, another symbol, cow bell, seat and set of sticks.

The set is a Westbury Stage Kit and comes with Sabian Solar Pack and is apparently in "perfect" condition with less than three months of playing on them.

I am on a tight budget, so will these do?

P.S. I don't know much info on Westbury's, is there a link you can give me?

I tried to find a decent link, but the only relevant info i found is that it is a starter kit,...the sabian cymbals are ok, but just barely. personally-i would want to see & play an instrument before i bought it.
