How much for a twin mattress set?

I have a mattress to sell thats probably been used 20 times max. It was purchased brand new not even a year ago. It's a twin size with a boxspring. Both are in mind condition. It's a Serta brand and it does have the extra pillow topper on it. How much should I sell it for/how much is it worth? Thanks!
