I´m in Xalapa, Veracruz, about one hour away from the city of Veracruz.

I´m sure Veracruz has some very good plastic surgeons, but I'm just going to tell you about the ones I've heard of in Xalapa (I'm not recommending them, I've never had a plastic surgery, but they are well known here and I know some of their patients).

That's not the best place to get operated. If you were coming to Mex City you'd have a lot of better doctors to choose from, but I wouldn't take a chance in Veracruz. Unless someone from there who has been already operated by a local doctor comes to the forum and recommends him, I wouldn't really get a surgery there girl... I think the cost depends on the surgeon and in smaller cities it should be cheaper, but I don't think you can get that done in Mexico for less than USD $2,000.....

Mmm, I don´t know how much money you´ve got, but one of the best places would be the Ángeles Mocel hospital in Mexico City.
