How much for plane tickets from miami to san francisco?

im planning on leaving with my older cousin to san francisco on july 13 and plan on comming back on july 18, and i need to know how much would the cheapest plane tickets be. because im auditioning for american idol in four cities and i need to spend as less money as i can. you know i gotta save money for some cheap roach motels and food right? oh and doesnt age make a difference in ticket price im 16 and shes 23.

You are within the 14 day window for ticket purchases, so options are a little limited.  Right now I see about $500 each for flights with stop, $800 direct.  I would not expect reductions except maybe on last minute fares.

Also be advised you may need a notarized letter from both of your parents in order to travel without a direct family member or having to pay an unaccompanied minor fee up to $200 each way.

In addition, are you sure you are able to audition under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present?

fol quotes include taxes and fees.  Please note it is a lot cheaper to fly out of FT Lauderdale which is only about 20 miles from Miami airpport.  Oakland airport is only 10 miles from SFO.  You were the one who said you gotta save money.

Oakland also has a great transit system that will take you almost anywhere.

FT Lauderdale (FLL) to Oakland (OAK) is $405

FLL to San Francisco (SFO) is $423

Miami (MIA) to OAK is $518

MIA to SFO is $522
