  1. it depends on who you get.call around and get some estamates and of course your going to go with the lowest one.


  2. It will vary from state to state.  Call up contractors and have them give you a free quote.  Also, make sure you get references.  Now a days you have to be very careful with contractors.  Never pay the whole amount up front.  Half when they start and the other once they are completely done.
