  1. I think you get like 5 coupons a month. You get like 5 gallons of milk, a few juicy juices, cearel. Here they dont do bread. Bfing moms get tuna and carrots.

  2. depends on how much you make. really broke people that nurse get tuna and carrots, I only got peanut butter. I got more when I was pregnant than I do now that I have my girls (twins). But formula wise they give me enough to get through the month. I was getting 3 dozen eggs, 5 gallons milk, 16 oz cheese, 4 juices, 2 boxes cereal a month

  3. I live in Texas & I receive:

    2 dozen eggs

    6 frozen juice

    5 1/2 gallons of milk

an 18 oz container of peanut butter

    36 oz of cereal

    2 lbs cheese

    [ a month ]

& I also get 9 cans of Formula for my 3 month old daughter a month

  4. WIC food packages:

    http://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/benefitsands...

Basically breastfeeding women get a tonne more juice, 4qt more milk and a lbs of cheese, dried peas, peanut butter, tuna, and carrots.

  5. It depends on what state you live in.  Breastfeeders get the same as pregnant people only they also get 3 cans tuna, 2lbs carrots, and 1 more lb cheese at least where I live.  They get 5 1/2 gallons milk, 5 bottles 64oz juice, 2 dozen eggs, 2 lbs cheese, 36oz cereal, 1 lb beans, 1 16-18oz peanut butter, and some states give fruits and veggies.

  6. i get

    9 12.9 cans of formula

2 8oz of beech- nut cereal

$ 5.00 worth of veggies or fruit

    36 oz of cereal

    4 gallons of milk

    3 cans of juicy juice

    1lb of chesse

    one and half dozen eggs

and 25 dollars to use at the farmers market

it depends on where you live  i live in nyc so they give you alot until the baby is 6 months then only the baby gets Wic

  7. it all depends on your income and the number of ppl in your household....well ppl meaning children, not your spouse or so

  8. up to 9 cans of formula for children younger than a year.

No bread, fruit, vegetables, etc.  WIC just doesn't cover this in most states.

I have two- not infant kids on wic, adn we get eight gallons of milk, four pounds of cheese, about 72 ounces of cereal, and some peanut butter and juice.

  9. I get:

    10 formula each month

    1 Cheese

    5 1% milk a month

    4 juice a month

    1 peanut butter

36 oz. of cereal (usually two boxes for me) a month

Recently they've added rice cereal too.

  10. Depends on you and your spouses income (if you have a spouse) how many other children you have etc.

  11. The only thing that is based on your income is whether or not you qualify, not the amount of food you get.

What varies the amount/types of food you get is how many children you have and if you qualify due to pregnancy or breast feeding.

I have one child on formula that gets 10 small cans of formula, 24 oz. of baby cereal and 2- 46 oz. bottles of Juicy Juice per month.  I started off breast and bottle feeding and they still gave the same amount of formula.

My 2-yr old gets 4½ gallons of milk, 2 doz. eggs, 2 lbs. cheese, 4 - 46 oz. bottles of Juicy Juice, 36 oz. cereal and either 1 lb of dry beans or 1 -18 oz. jar of peanut butter.

If you are pregnant they give you more milk, eggs, cheese, cereal and juice, etc.  Once you have the baby, if you are nursing they give you tuna and carrots (not sure how much) in addition to the above items.

  12. I receive wic for me & my daughter.  she is breastfeed.  we get

    2 doz eggs

    6 1/2 gal milk

    3 lbs cheese

    9 cans juice

    18 oz peanut butter

    1 lb beans

    4 cans tuna

    2 cans carrots

    36 oz cereal

    2 bx baby cereal

  13. it varies by state but if you are breastfeeding you will get more food for you and less for the baby like less formula if you are going to do  both i didnt breast feed but a friend of mine said she was doing both so she could get more for her and the baby

  14. for one child, 9 cans of formula a month. it varies for the rest of it, depending on how many children you have, and their dietary needs. i know we are always overloaded on juice and some of the other things in this house. i wish they would give more cereal though.
