  1. It is best not to have more then 2 pieces at a time. Example: For breakfast go ahead and have an apple and a peach but no more then that. Fruit is good but you need protein and dairy to balance out your diet.


  2. Yes, but in today's world, you'd have to strive for that goal. :)

  3. not really as long as everything else is balanced as well


  4. You can never have too much fruit, its great for you and healthy. You just don't want to only eat fruit and no other foods( meats, grains,veggies fats). Too much of only one thing is not good for you.
