How much gravel need I purchase?

My garden is 18ftx18ft. How much gravel will I need at 2"deep

18ft x 18 ft x 2/12ft = 54 cubic feet

It varies a bit, but 1 cubic foot of gravel weighs about 95 pound, so you would need aprox. 5130 pound or 2.6 ton. So you would likely buy 3 ton.

Depending on where you buy it from they should be able to tell you exactly what weight you need to buy to fill the 54 cubic feet

54 cubic feet= 2 cubic yards so say 2 cubic metres.

18 x 18 x [2/12] cubic feet =54

54 / 27 = cubic yards          = 2
