  1. I have heard on the news that 3 grams of saturated or trans fat is the Most anyone should eat in a day.  


  2. it depends on how quickly your genetics will allow/prevent plaque build-up in your arteries ...  it won't happen overnight ...

    <shrug>  sorry, it's individual ...  that's why some people are at higher risk than others ...

  3. to make it clearer than water. dont. trans is avoidable and should be at all costs. its terrible. saturated is understandable. but just dont consume trans fat.
