How much harddrive memory does video streaming use

Depends entirely on the bitrate of the video.  Generally the internet connection is much more of a factor than the memory.  Higher bitrate = more memory.

"Hard Drive Memory" is not a real term, unless you count paging, which is virutal memory (something to that effect).  Streaming video does take some disk space as well, but only temporarilly.  This space is called "buffer."

Technically none, but a streaming video, music station, ETC. can put a very small amount of temporary files in a temporary folder in case of congestion on the Internet.
