  1. No it is not true. Gore hasn't made any money off his work to educate people about global warming and climate change.

By the way--you might want to know that the right wing whine about "why did libs cchange he name from global warming to climate change" simply PROVES they don't even have a high-chool education in science. Here's what I mean:

    >Global warming is defined as a riste in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere. It is not climate change--though it is a cause of climate change.

    >"Climate change" refers to any long-term shift in climate/weather patterns of any kind, regardless of their cause.

Thus" Global warming (cause)--->climate change (effect).

The whiners about Gore and ridiculing global warming and climate change th don't even KNOW the definitions of the words! LoL And they wonder why no one listens to them!

  2. Hard to say, because he is such a clever con artist.  Clearly he has made a ton, because he had at most $1Mil in 2000.

Is adultery a prerequisite for the Democratic Party?  How people think they have a shred of morality is beyond me.

A lot of my liberal friends have said, "all politicians lie" at one point or another, and I realized - if you vote Democrat all your life it probably does seem that way.

  3. First off you need to realize he owns outright about a hundred times as much oil stock that both Bush and Cheney together do and he has owned it for a long time. He has also done a lot of favors for big oil over the years.

For a real good one put accidental petroleum into goggle and read just a few of the interesting ones that come up showing that all the AGW promoters are really shills for the oil companies. I wonder which ones BOB and DANA work for.

“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed, and hence clamorous to be led to safety, by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.” –H.L. Mencken

  4. well considering he just poured 300 million of his own money into "We" I would say not too much.

  5. Much less than he could have made by doing all the usual ex-politician things, serving on corporate boards, lobbying, etc.

  6. 18.4 million dollars *and* he was awarded a life time supply of Togo's #9 hot pastrami samiches!
