I babysit my sisters three kids while struggling with my only one child. She only pays me $50 a week when she told me it would be $100 and she always "forget" to bring them lunch, even when my freezer is empty so it's like she only pays me to buy food.I want to help her out but she is doing way better than me financially. What should I do?

  1. Tell her to up the ante or find a new sitter.

  2. Just tell her, you can't afford it.  It doesn't have to be a nasty exchange or anything, just honesty.

  3. tell her what u wrote here. i think she needs to at least give to more money or put them in daycare or find a new sitter. my mom used to sit this lady 3 kids as a side thing and she gave her 18 $ a hour. being that your sister is better than u financially, she should be paying u more, or finding someone else.

    hope i helped =]

  4. Tell her "Hey  i have my own child so please just feed your kids or im gone"

  5. You need to tell her if she doesn't make her promise of the $100 a week, that you cannot afford to babysit anymore.  Tell her that the $50 just pays for the food, paper products, water and electricity they use.

  6. Tell her exactly what you just told us. I agree that it isnt fair what she is doing, and yes i have had people take advantage of me in the past like this.
